The 3 boots i got it long long time ago.

Do quest got all boots.
One is "Golden Boots" when eq2 lvl cap is 50 (do quest min lvl is 42...seem so....).
If u sold the Golden Boots to NPC u can buy back form Nek Dock.
another 2 boots i already forget.

After u got the reward right click the boots u will see a special option that allow to change the boots from hunting item to housing item.
