IMHO

Starting from TSO, enchanter becomes more and more important. Now, in SF, not only for raid, enchanter is nearly a MUST for most instances no matter it is coe or illy. It is hard to recruit enchanter and we better build it ourselves.
Some classes are useless : e.g. bruiser, ranger and inquisitor.
Some classes are more useful : e.g. shaman, enchanter and melee dps

Therefore, for those who want to build up new character better avoid the useless classes
